Return Eligibility
- We accept returns only in cases where you’ve received an incorrect item, or if the product is defective or damaged
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Products that have been opened cannot be returned
How to Request a Return
- To process returns for damaged or defective items, a video recording of the parcel being opened is required.
- Please be sure to record an unboxing video when receiving any parcels from us or any online purchase
- Contact us via email at support@rootallow.com.pk or WhatsApp at 0300-0825569 within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide your order number and a photo of the product
Approved Returns
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded
Refund Options
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it with the same product
Product Variations & Melting Disclaimer
- Natural ingredients may result in minor changes in scent, texture, or color across batches
- If a product melts during shipping, rest assured that its nourishing properties remain unchanged and it is safe and effective to use
