Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, uses, and benefits. However, as natural products vary, slight differences in texture, scent, and color may occur.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders must be paid in full at checkout via bank transfer, digital wallets, or cash on delivery (where available).
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders the next day after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location. RooTallow is not responsible for courier delays.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 7 days only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Used products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please try our samples before using the full-size product if you are in doubt.
Damaged or incorrect products (video of parcel opening required) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@rootallow.com.pk or through our official WhatsApp contact at 03000-TALLOW (0300-0825569).
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit (COD orders: store credit only).

Product Use Disclaimer
All RooTallow products are made with natural, minimally processed ingredients. Because we do not use synthetic stabilizers, variations in color, texture, or scent may occur from batch to batch — this is completely normal.
If a product melts during shipping, rest assured that the nourishing properties remain unchanged. Even in liquid or softened form, the tallow will continue to hydrate and nourish your skin just as intended.
We recommend conducting a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. RooTallow is not liable for individual reactions to ingredients. Ingredient lists are provided on product labels and on the website to promote transparency and help customers make informed, safe choices.

Limitation of Liability
